What To Expect During Your Consultation
An initial consultation takes 1 - 1 ½ hours. This time is used to collect information to establish how your body works.
- What you eat, to how you sleep are all clues to help us establish the cause of your condition. We then develop your personal management plan and goals for health and wellbeing
- Naturopathic and medical diagnostics are used to assess your current health status
- Hereditary factors, past and present lifestyle are taken into account along with physical and emotional conditions.
- Explanations, advice, education, information, meal suggestions, recipes and recommendations on where to shop for certain products (i.e wheat, gluten and dairy-free products)
A follow up consultation is typically 30 – 45 minutes involving evaluation of your progress and adjustment of your treatments to suit changes you have made.

Adult
Initial consultation: $95
Follow-Up Consultation: $65 - $75
Child
Initial consultation: $85
Follow-Up Consultation: $55 (5 – 18 yrs)
Babies and pre-schoolers: $75
Follow Up Consultation: $55 (0 – 5 yrs)
